Engineering Design - Master

About the course

The Department of "Engineering Design" offers training for the Master’s Degree in Engineering Design in the following areas: Design of industrial products, Design of textiles and clothing, Design of advertising products, Design of means of transport, Design of three-dimensional environments (together with the "Programming and Computer Technologies" department).

"Engineering design" is a specialty of professional direction 5.13. General engineering.

Why choose this specialty?

Students in the "Engineering Design" Master's degree in TU-Sofia receive specialized knowledge of applicable scientific approaches and the management of design projects in selected areas of design.

What are the entry requirements?

Graduates with an bachelor's degree in professional fields 5. Technical sciences or 8.2 Fine art can apply for the "Engineering Design" specialty of the Master's of Arts and Sciences without compensatory education.

What do you study?

In the course, in addition to disciplines related to direct design, analytical disciplines related to the planning of design processes, the evaluation of design products and the realization of products on the market are studied. Specialization "Engineering Design" has cooperation under the EU Erasmus program with universities in Europe and is open to cooperation with new institutions and universities in the world.
